The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has announced the recruitment of Junior Engineers (Civil and Electrical) for the year 2026. This prestigious opportunity offers a promising career in central banking infrastructure.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
- Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 30 years as of 01/01/2026.

Exam Pattern
The selection process comprises a written examination followed by a personal interview. The written exam will have two papers: Paper I (General Awareness and English) and Paper II (Engineering Discipline specific to Civil or Electrical).

- Paper II: 300 marks, 3 hours.
- Negative marking: 0.25 marks per wrong answer.
Salary & Benefits
Selected candidates will receive a competitive pay scale of Rs. 55,000 - 2,500 (Grade Pay) per month along with allowances such as Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and other service benefits.
